The base is moulded in one-piece, strong, coloured, durable polyethylene – filled with closed-cell polyurethane and UV-stabilized for resistance to sunlight.
Sealite - marine aids to navigation
Port Denarau Marina is the official regional distributor of Sealite in Fiji and the South Pacific.
Sealite is the world's fastest growing manufacturer of marine aids to navigation and began manufacturing marine aids to navigation in 1982.
Through close working relationships, marine authorities and private customers around the globe and throughout the South Pacific now trust Sealite to enhance the safety of their operations.
With the introduction of ultra-high intensity LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes), Sealite recognized the advantages of replacing globes with new LED technology. Adopting this new technology allowed Sealite to create a range of products that consume extremely low levels of power, making them ideal for solar energy sources as well as being almost maintenance-free.
Since then, our range of navigation aids has expanded to include; leading lights, bridge lighting, rotationally-molded buoy products, power-systems, and products to provide safe environments for aviation, telecommunication and mining customers worldwide.
The SLB700 is a short-range buoy ready for immediate installation. Typical applications include day and night channel, speed zone, restricted area marking and aquaculture.
The SLB700 is extremely long-lasting, and is moulded in strong, durable, UV-stabilized polyethylene. A large mooring chain attachment point accommodates a 16mm shackle or 12mm silver rope.
The SLB600 and SLB601 are short-range buoys ready for immediate installation. Typical applications include day and night channel, speed zone and restricted area marking.
The SLB600 and SLB601 are extremely long lasting and are moulded from strong, durable, UV-stabilized polyethylene. The large buoy base enables an even greater mooring load, with reserve buoyancy of 26kg (57lbs).
The Aquafloat-800 is a rotationally-moulded marker buoy series designed as a single piece, low-cost aid to marine navigation.
With a large 800mm diameter, these buoys are available in SPHERE, CONE and CAN configurations (as per IALA standards) to provide clear visibility and can be fitted with a range of marine lanterns.
The Sealite range of Aquamoor Mooring Buoys are designed to offer customers long life and are suitable for most locations. The buoys are capable of supporting substantial loads, with the Aquamoor-1000 offering increased visibility and buoyancy in deeper waters.
The Aquamoor range is available in 650mm and 1000mm diameter. The Aquamoor-1000 has a 1000mm diameter offering increased visibility and buoyancy in deeper waters.
The SL-C420 is a robust, completely self-contained 4–5NM+ solar powered lantern which incorporates a 36 LED light source for even greater light intensity.
The 3 & 4 hole bolt pattern base fits directly onto existing 200mm OD industry standard mounts for ease of installation.
The SL-C310 is a robust, completely self-contained 3–5NM+ single LED solar powered lantern specifically designed to withstand the tough marine environment, providing years of reliable, low-maintenance service.
The SL-70 is a 2-3NM+ high-performance solar marine lantern, with two internal solar modules designed to provide exceptional charging and operate reliably in low sunlight conditions.
The Sealite SL70 is exceptional in it’s unique ability to be able to ‘track the sun’ and operate reliably in low sunlight conditions. The SL70 has been proven to operate as a 2-3+ mile compact buoy lantern in various low-sunlight environments such as Britain, Canada, and Europe.
